All sales will have to meet standard industry accepted terms for payment. Visa , Mastercard, and American Express cards accepted. Purchase orders will be accepted from established institutions for orders over $2000. We reserve the right to add 5% to the total invoice when using traditional purchase orders to cover the additional paperwork and billing costs. Terms will be Net/30 on all credit extension transactions. International orders must be quoted F.O.B destination and all payments received before shipping.
All items sold F.O.B Shipping point and will have shipping charges added to invoice. On-line orders will be billed at actual freight from selected freight carrier without any additional fees added. The freight amounts listed on the on-line order summary are estimates and will be adjusted to the actual amount when the transaction is processed. If the actual freight charges are higher than the on-line estimate, we call call you (or E-mail you) and get your approval to ship. International orders are not currently being processed unless they are shipped to your USA based freight forwarding agent.
Returns will be accepted on all un-used, un-damaged items. Original boxes are required. Restocking fees of up to 15% can apply on orders returned after 90 days from receipt. Parts are not returnable. Dry shippers are not returnable.
All manufacturer warranty terms and considerations apply. Call us if you have a warranty claim and we will do our best to get you a replacement dewar/refrigerator before having to send your warranty unit back. Cryodepot maintains a stock of emergency backup containers for all situations that require moving inventories during repairs. Rental and shipping charges may apply on non-warranty loaners.
