Purchasing / Shipping Policy

Purchase orders will be accepted from established institutions for orders over $2000 (Pending credit approval). Cryodepot will fax a credit application should you require net/30 terms. We accept Visa - Mastercard - American Express
Cryodepot offers large discounts on all of our products, credit cards are preferred since they help keep our order processing costs down. A 5% new account set up fee (up to $50) can be added to the total cost of the order for orders that are billed on a net/30 basis. Previously established accounts will be exempt from this set up fee.
Cryodepot is currently only shipping to the United States and Canada. We will ship to a USA based freight forwarding agent (under your direction and expense) for completion of the international transportation.
Cryodepot will be more than happy to fax or E-mail you a quote if you need a written document. The web prices are kept current so you can print the web page and use that for a quote. The shopping cart prices should match the displayed web site prices. If they don't, the web price should be considered the correct price.
